Gunbuilder / RMA System

Welcome to the Infinity Firearms Gunbuilder / RMA (Return Material Authorization) system.

The Gunbuilder is an improvement of our original Gunbuilder system, and allows our customers to design the gun of their dreams and communicate directly with the factory as the gun is being built.

The RMA system provides tracking of each RMA from initial submission by the customer to final resolution by the factory, and maintains an archive of all communicaitons as part of the RMA record. This system is more reliable and convenient that either traditional email or telephone, and will help assure a proper resolution of each RMA.
