Infinity On-Line RMA Authorization and Tracking

Welcome to the Infinity Firearms on-line Return Merchandise Authorization system. Please use this system to obtain advance authorization to return a product to Infinity Firearms for service. Infinity Firearms staff will review your request within on business day and response with an RMA authorization number if a return is needed. RMA numbers will be valid for 30 days once issued.

Returns/exchanges are allowed up to 90 days from the original purchase date. All returns/exchanges must be in new, unused/unmodified condition or a credit will not be issued nor exchange allowed.

Please enclose this RMA # with your package, and write it on the shipping label. US law allows customers to ship firearms directly to the factory for repair, however, it is not legal to use the US Postal Service to ship a firearm to the factory.

Once you have obtained your RMA number, please use this on-line system for all communications with the factory regarding your return. This will help you, the customer, as the system will maintain a complete record of all communications between you and the factory regarding your RMA.
