This Privacy Policy describes how Strayer-Voigt, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase through SVIguns.com (the "Site"), which sells firearms transferred to you only through a licensed FFL dealer. Related merchandise (parts, accessories, apparel) is sold at store.sviguns.com under a separate Privacy Policy.

By using the Site or opting into our communications, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone number)

Account credentials

Order and payment information (processed via our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

Information required to complete a firearm transfer, including the name/address of your chosen receiving FFL and information necessary for the FFL's background check process (we do not conduct the background check ourselves, that is performed by the receiving FFL)

Communications you send us (customer service inquiries, reviews)

Mobile phone number and consent status when you opt into SMS/text messaging

Identity verification information, which may include images of a government-issued photo ID, a photograph or "selfie," and related identity and device/browser metadata, collected through our third-party identity verification provider (see Section 1.3)

Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs)

Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

Analytics data collected via tools such as Google Analytics or similar services

1.3 Identity Verification (Third-Party Provider)

We use a third-party identity verification provider, Token of Trust, to verify your identity and authenticate your account, help confirm you meet applicable age and eligibility requirements, prevent fraud, and enforce our one-person-per-account rule. When you complete verification, our provider collects and processes information such as images of your government-issued photo ID, a photograph or "selfie" used for facial comparison, and device/browser metadata associated with the verification session.

This information is collected and processed by our verification provider on our behalf. We receive the result of the verification (for example, whether verification passed or failed) and limited associated data needed to administer your account and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. The provider's handling of your information is also governed by its own privacy policy.

We retain identity verification data as described in Section 6 (Data Retention), including as needed for fraud prevention and enforcement of account rules. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information as described in Section 7 (Your Choices and Rights), subject to any legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations that require us or our provider to retain certain records.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Process and fulfill orders, including coordinating firearm transfers to your chosen FFL

Communicate with you about orders, account activity, and customer service

Send marketing communications (email and SMS) where you have opted in

Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

Detect and prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping required by firearms and consumer protection laws

Verify your identity and authenticate your account, confirm age and eligibility, and enforce our one-person-per-account rule through our third-party identity verification provider

Analyze Site usage and traffic trends

3. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

3.1 Consent-Based Program. If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we collect and use your mobile phone number solely to send you the transactional and/or marketing messages you agreed to receive (e.g., order status, promotions).

3.2 No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data for Third-Party Marketing. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with:

Our SMS platform/messaging service provider, solely to deliver messages on our behalf; and

Service providers as necessary to operate the program (e.g., hosting), under confidentiality obligations.

3.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at info@sviguns.com or 800-928-1911. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communications (e.g., email) unless you separately opt out of those.

3.4 Categories of Messages. Message types may include order and shipping updates, appointment/availability notices, and promotional offers.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality. We may use:

5. How We Share Information

Receiving FFL dealers, solely as necessary to complete a firearm transfer you requested

Payment processors, to process transactions

Identity verification provider (Token of Trust), solely to verify your identity, authenticate your account, and help prevent fraud

Shipping and logistics carriers, to fulfill orders

Analytics and marketing service providers, as described in Sections 3 and 4

Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to comply with firearms recordkeeping and reporting obligations (e.g., ATF requirements applicable to FFL transfers)

Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and, as stated in Section 3.2, we do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We generally retain personal information indefinitely in our order-management and business systems (including our Gunbuilder and AmeriCommerce platforms) as part of our standard business, transaction, and recordkeeping practices, and we do not currently maintain an automatic deletion schedule for this data. This supports, among other things, firearms transaction recordkeeping obligations applicable to FFL transfers. Where you have a legal right to request deletion of your personal information (see Section 7), we will evaluate and honor valid requests to the extent required by applicable law and subject to any legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. 8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., manufacturer pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date, and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
