Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SVIguns.com (the "Site"), operated by Strayer-Voigt, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). SVIguns.com sells firearms, which are transferred to you only through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Related merchandise (firearm parts, accessories, and apparel) is sold separately at store.sviguns.com, which has its own Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and at least 21 years old to purchase any firearm through the Site. Some products may be subject to additional age or eligibility restrictions under state or local law. By using the Site, you represent that you meet all applicable age and legal eligibility requirements, and that you are not a person prohibited from purchasing, receiving, or possessing a firearm or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state or local law.

2. Firearms Sales and FFL Transfer Requirement

2.1 No Direct Shipment of Firearms. Federal law prohibits shipment of firearms directly to individual customers. All firearms purchased through the Site will be shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee of the buyer's choosing. You are responsible for identifying a receiving FFL dealer and for any transfer fees that dealer charges.

2.2 Background Check. Transfer of any firearm to you is contingent on completion of a background check (including ATF Form 4473 and NICS check, or state equivalent) conducted by the receiving FFL at the time of transfer. We do not control and are not responsible for the outcome, delay, or denial of that check.

2.3 State and Local Law Compliance. Firearms and ammunition laws vary significantly by state and locality. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether a product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, transported, or imported into your state or locality. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe cannot be lawfully completed, including orders shipping to jurisdictions with restrictions on the specific product ordered.

2.4 Order Cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order at our discretion, including where required by law, where we suspect fraud, or where a background check is denied or delayed indefinitely.

3. Account Registration and Identity Verification

3.1 You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Identity Verification. To help confirm account authenticity and reduce fraud, we use a third-party identity verification provider, Token of Trust, to verify your identity and authenticate your account. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID, a photograph or "selfie," and related information, which is collected and processed by our verification provider on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes what information is collected during this process and how it is used, shared, and retained.

3.3 Verification Does Not Guarantee Eligibility. Identity verification is used solely to help confirm account authenticity and reduce fraud. Successful verification does not guarantee eligibility, the ability to complete any purchase or firearm transfer, or that you satisfy all age, legal, or other requirements applicable to a given product or jurisdiction.

3.4 One Person, One Account. Each individual may maintain only one verified account. Multiple accounts, shared identities, synthetic identities, or attempts to evade this restriction may result in suspension, revocation, or permanent disqualification.

3.5 Verification May Be Repeated. We may require identity verification at registration, before completing a purchase, prior to a firearm transfer, or at any other time we deem necessary.

3.6 Manual Review. We reserve the right to conduct additional manual review of any verification result and are not obligated to rely solely on automated verification.

3.7 Right to Refuse or Revoke. We may reject, suspend, revoke, or require additional verification for any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse, inaccurate information, or attempts to circumvent purchase limits or eligibility requirements.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed, and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4.2 Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4.3 We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

5. Shipping

Firearms ship only to a valid, licensed FFL as described in Section 2. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to legal and safety restrictions, firearms generally cannot be returned once transferred by the receiving FFL, except for manufacturer defects handled per manufacturer warranty.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Program

This Section 7 governs your participation in our SMS/text messaging program and supplements the Privacy Policy.

7.1 Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via checkout, web form, or other enrollment method), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and/or transactional text messages (e.g., order updates, promotions) from Strayer-Voigt, LLC at the number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase.

7.2 Message Frequency and Cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.3 Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@sviguns.com or 800-928-1911.

7.4 No Sharing of Opt-In Data. We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile opt-in status or phone number to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to send the communications you have consented to receive.

7.5 Supported Carriers. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers; availability may vary.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to purchase a firearm if you are a prohibited person; (b) provide false information on any form, including ATF Form 4473 or any age/eligibility certification; (c) attempt to circumvent FFL transfer or background check requirements; (d) resell products purchased through the Site in violation of federal or state dealer licensing laws; or (e) interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by or licensed to Strayer-Voigt, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. PRODUCT WARRANTIES, IF ANY, ARE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRAYER-VOIGT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPROPER USE, STORAGE, OR HANDLING OF FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strayer-Voigt, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, including firearms laws.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palo Pinto County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
